John Mauro Secures Defense Verdict For Fitness Center Client

Recently, our Senior Counsel John Mauro successfully argued a one-day bench trial in El Paso County. In the case, Plaintiff alleged personal injuries while playing tennis at our client’s fitness center.  At the close of evidence, John argued that the exculpatory provision in the Plaintiff’s gym usage agreement precluded any and all claims.  The Court agreed and the case was dismissed in its entirety.  Congratulations to John and the CCRJ team who supported his efforts!
