Biography
Morgan L. Cali is Senior Counsel at Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis in Denver, Colorado, where she excels in construction defect litigation, contract disputes, personal injury cases, appellate matters, and general civil litigation. With a reputation for strategic insight and an unwavering commitment to client advocacy, Ms. Cali is known for her comprehensive approach to complex legal issues.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Ms. Cali earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish in 2011. In 2015, she pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and completed the rigorous program in less than three years by graduating in December 2017. During law school, she quickly established herself as a formidable advocate, winning the prestigious 2016 CU/DU Mock Trial Competition, earning Runner-Up for Best 1L Advocate in the 2016 Advocates Cup Mock Trial, interning for Colorado Court of Appeals Judge Feyre, and contributing as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic representing indigent clients.
Following her graduation, Ms. Cali served as staff attorney to the Honorable Theresa Spahn, then-Presiding Judge of Denver County Court, where she played a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of Colorado’s largest court system, handling over 150,000 cases annually. Notably, she spearheaded a successful amendment to the Denver Charter that expanded the bench from 15 to 17 judges—an accomplishment that underscores her proactive and results-driven approach. She also co-authored the influential article "Denver County Court: The Pursuit of Procedural Fairness", published in The Colorado Lawyer in January 2019.
Ms. Cali is licensed to practice in Colorado and is a committed member of the Colorado, Denver, and Women's Bar Associations. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
